Arrive is a mobile app available for iOS devices. It will update you about the status of your online orders based on tracking information and sends automatic delivery notifications. When tracking Luis&Janet orders, the app uses real-time data from carriers to provide you with up-to-the-minute information about your orders.
If you are in the United States and Canada, you'll see an option to use Arrive for order tracking when viewing the order status page on iOS devices. Customers who opt-in are prompted to download the Arrive iOS app, and then their order information syncs from Luis&Janet automatically. Customers outside the United States and Canada won't see the option to use Arrive App.
